Our Prices

(Prices listed exclude GST)

  • $110 Per Hour
    ($27.50 per 15 minutes, 30 minute minimum)
    Applies to On-site work or Remote Assistance
  • $165 Per Hour for Urgent and After Hours work
    ($41.25 per 15 minutes, 30 minute minimum)
    Applies to Urgent (same day), After-hours (jobs requiring a start time later than 4pm) and weekend work

Establishment fee applied to all jobs:

  • $45 Call Out Fee (Local) (for On-site work – Carrara, Broadbeach, Clear Island Waters, Mermaid Beach, Robina, Miami, Mudgeeraba, Varsity Lakes, Burleigh, Burleigh Waters and some surrounding suburbs)
  • $65 Call Out Fee (Non-local) (for On-site work – North and South Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach and some surrounding suburbs)
  • $35 Remote Assistance Surcharge (help over the phone)
    If a call is longer than 5 minutes and your problem is resolved, it will be billed accordingly
  • $80 Purchasing Advice Advice on purchasing new equipment/devices. Based on requirements and budget, includes finding the best price and checking stock availability.
